Sean MorrisSean Morris
Master Of Ceremonies
Los Angeles, CA

Anyone who talks with Sean for even a moment can't help notice his energy and enthusiasm for whatever it is he's talking about. Throw in his random sense of humor and you've got yourself one entertaining Emcee for this year's event.

Sean began his journey as an emcee at the age of 7 when he organized and announced the first kickball game on Acorn Drive featuring the neighborhood's "big kids". Although Sean wasn't allowed to play, he realized that he could make the event more enjoyable for the other "little kids" in the neighborhood through witty anecdotes and a myriad of humorous comments.

But it didn't end there. Sean continued his pursuit of superhost throughout high school and college by running various talent shows, contests, events and parties. Whether speaking through a mic or rollin' "unplugged", good times have been had by an abundance of audiences across the country.

Eventually, as with many celebs, depression and anxiety set in. As he concluded the world tour of 1992 as the emcee for Bobby Brown's "Dance, Ya Know It" Tour, Sean was plagued with the biggest tragedy any host of his stature could endure: caffine overdose. It didn't matter if it was Coke, Pepsi, Dr. Pepper or Mt. Dew, Sean was hooked. In show after show, audiences watched as his sense of humor became plagued by countless "um"s, "uh"s and "namsayin"s. Soon thereafter, he lost his virtually locked position to host the MTV Music Awards.

Refusing to let popular beverage get the best of him, Sean turned to water and iced tea to pull through. In a miraculous comeback, he began to delight swing dance audiences around the country with his almost forgotten candid style. Through contests, performances, instructions and band introductions, Sean has truly taken the role of emcee to the next level. We all know him to tell it as it is, yet stay on the edge of our seats for the next comment to tie a current situation to some random quote, childhood fad or 80s TV show.

So get ready, because you never know how much fun you're going to have until you actually have it. Rock on.
